Make a plea for an offence
Use this service to plead guilty or not guilty online.
You must be either:
- the person charged with the offence (not someone else helping out)
- a company secretary, director or solicitor for the company charged with the offence
Before you start
You'll need the information we sent you in the post.
If you're pleading for yourself (not on behalf of a company)
You'll need:
- details of income and benefits
- your National Insurance number
- your driving licence if you have one (traffic offences only)
If you want to plead not guilty
You'll need:
- names and addresses of any witnesses you want to bring to your trial
- any dates you cannot attend court
